Miley Cyrus’s 'Hannah Montana-The Movie'

Miley Cyrus, the 16-year-old teenage singer/actress is starring in the film ‘Hannah Montana: The Movie’ in the lead role. The flick is being directed by Peter Chelsom of "Serendipity" and "Shall We Dance” fame. The script was written by Dan Berendsen. This new movie is an adaptation of the popular American television series ‘Hannah Montana’. The film also stars Emily Osment, Mitchel Musso, Jason Earles, Billy Ray Cyrus and Moises Arias in the other roles.

The film is about Miley Stewart, the popular teenager who leads a secret life as a singer. As her popularity threatens to take over her life, Miley decides to return to her hometown of Crowley Corners, Tennessee, where she hopes to rediscover herself. Walt Disney Pictures is distributing the film and is set to release on 10th April, 2009.

Imagi Animation Studios’ ‘Astro Boy’

The film ‘Astro Boy’ a 3D animation film is directed by David Bowers of ‘Flushed Away’ fame. The flick is based on Japanese best selling book ‘God of Manga’ by Osamu Tezuka. The screenplay has been written by Timothy Harris.

Imagi Animation Studios, an animation company of TMNT. Summit Entertainment (US) and Hoyts Distribution are distributing the movie. Astro Boy is set to release on October 23rd, 2009.

Our hero’s search for his identity and destiny takes him on an adventurous journey in a netherworld of robot gladiators, before he returns to save Metro City and reconcile with the man who had rejected him.

John Travolta's son Jett Travolta dead

Jett Travolta is the 16-year-old son of Hollywood couple John Travolta and Kelly Preston died suddenly on 2nd Friday January, 2009. He was born on April 13, 1992. He was found in the bathroom of the family’s Bahama vacation home in the Old Bahamas Bay hotel on Grand Bahamas Island, according to Travolta’s attorney, Michael Ossi.

According to the reports, Jett Travolta had a fall and his head hit the bathtub in the bathroom. It is also reported that he had a seizure following the hit on his head. Efforts to revive him were unsuccessful and he was pronounced dead on arrival to Rand Memorial Hospital in Freeport.

There have long been rumors that Jett Travolta suffered from autism, however the family had denied that and explained his developmental disabilities as being caused by Kawasaki syndrome instead. That is a syndrome that affects the lymph nodes of children under 5 years old generally. Doctors have said that it is very rare for it to affect children over 8 years old.

John Travolta, 54, wife Kelly Preston, 46, and their family had been vacationing in Bahamas. The couple also have an 8 year old daughter named, Ella.

The film ‘Chocolate’ starring Nicharee Jeeja Vismistananda in the lead role is directed by Thai filmmaker Prachya Pinkaew of ‘Ong Bak’ and ‘The Protector. The martial arts have composed by Panna Rittikrai, The screenplay was written by Chukiat Sakveerakul.

The movie is about a young autistic woman named Zen (Yanin Vismistananda) has developed uncanny martial arts skills by watching television, and from living next door to a Muay Thai academy. The flick is going to release on February 6th, 2009 in USA.
